Welcome to Buxli. We are committed to delivering your orders with speed, accuracy, and full transparency. Currently, we offer our shipping services exclusively within the United States.

1. Free Shipping

To provide the best value to our customers, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase is required, and no hidden fees will be added at checkout.

2. Sales Tax Transparency

Buxli does not collect sales tax at checkout. The price displayed on the product page is the final price you will pay. We aim to keep your shopping experience simple and straightforward without unexpected costs.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 02:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Transit & Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, your package will be handled by our reliable shipping partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Please note that total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time. 
  • Please note that total delivery time is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time (approximately 4–14 business days)

5. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier's website or our store.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@buxli.shop within 12 hours. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the destination.

7. Delivery Issues

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your item, or if the package arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues promptly.
